Two of my sons are autistic. Taking care of them is really a challenge for a single mum. The NDIS is just as big a challenge for me.
The NDIS doesn’t have a transparency guideline on how much funding will be applied for our special needs kids. Ms Kirralee is the master at this field. She knows what documents will be helpful and help you to go through all documents word by word. Ms Kirralee make’s sure all words are aligned and all expenses shown clearly. Her help was not only limited on the paper work which I had to submit, but also on how to chase up your case after you submit it to NDIS.
I am very appreciative that Ms Kirralee guided me on how to apply for the internal review from end to end with clear instructions and prompt advices. Eventually, my son’s funding increased a lot more than before, which was a big success. It’s not only helps my son, but also encourages me to keep up the hope that his life will improve.
Thanks again for your kindness and professionalism. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Dear Kirralee,
Everything just fell into place.
The reports are all updated.
I received the quotation from HireUp.
I have submitted everything properly collated to Tamara.
We are ready to go for Monday!!
Hooray!!!
I wanted to thank you no matter what the outcome. I really have appreciated your support, kind thoughts and words, and just being able to suffer through my endless concerns and questions. I know that my wife feels the same way.
I’ll keep you posted

As parents, we were mentally and emotionally devasted when we heard the news that our son Leon was diagnosed with autism.
We were worried about our son’s future and our ability to provide him with the best possible outcome given the circumstances.
Kirralee from Footprints Advocacy was a godsend, she did a fabulous job in reassuring us emotionally in a very relatable way.
The process around applying for NDIS can be quite tedious and overwhelming, especially when you are not good with documenting and writing.
It involves lots of paperwork and documenting our real world experiences and feelings into prose. Kirralee helped us in every step of the way,
She was there for us in every possible way, we were struck by her work ethics and commitment to help us through.
She helped us express the impact it has on our lives very beautifully making sure we capture all the different ways it affects our lives.
Thank you Kirralee for all your help and prodding to help us cross this hurdle. Forever grateful.
